Open Operation → Edit Users.
Search and double-click the user.
In the cards/keyfobs area, click the + (Add) icon.
Enter the facility code and unique ID from the fob.
Select/confirm the user’s Access Level.
If replacing an old fob, mark the old one Lost (don’t delete).
Click Save.
Open Operation → Users.
In the search bar, enter the fob number, facility code + ID, or the user’s name.
Open the matching record to view or edit details.
Click Save if you make changes.
Install EntraPass Go from your app store.
Open the app and log in with your EntraPass credentials.
Use the menu to navigate to Users, Cards, Doors, or Schedules.
Tap a user to view/edit cards or access levels (as permitted).
Tap a door to view status and (if permitted) lock/unlock.
Save any edits you make.
Launch the exacqVision Client.
Select the server and camera.
Use the timeline to pick the date/time (or use search/events).
Click Play to confirm you’ve found the right segment.
Click Export (or right-click → Export/Save Clip).
Choose the time range, format (e.g., MP4/AVI), and destination folder.
Click Export to save the file.
Go to Configuration → Schedules.
Select an existing schedule (or click Add to create one).
Set days and time ranges for unlock/lock periods.
Click Save.
Apply the schedule to the door or to an Access Level (as needed).
Save/Update the door or access level configuration.
Open Doorking Remote Account Manager and load your site account.
Go to the Residents/Directory section.
Click Add/New Resident.
Enter Name, Phone, and Directory Code.
(If used) Add card/fob number and select access level/schedule.
Click Save.
Send/Upload the updated database to the controller.
