Our Services include access control system design, installation, maintenance, hosting, and related support for property managers, dealers, and end users. We reserve the right to modify, pause, or discontinue Services at any time.
You must have the legal authority to enter into this agreement.
Minors must obtain verified parental or guardian consent.
If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining its confidentiality and for all activities conducted under it.
You agree not to:
Use our Services for illegal or harmful activities.
Interfere with or disrupt system functionality.
Violate intellectual property rights.
Engage in harassment, spamming, or unauthorized data collection.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access for violation of these Terms, with or without notice. You may stop using our Services at any time.
All content, branding, and materials on the site are owned or licensed by us. You may use content only as expressly permitted; otherwise, it remains our proprietary property.
Our Services are provided “as is.” We disclaim all warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law. We will not be liable for incidental, indirect, or consequential damages, including lost profits or personal injury.
Payment terms (fees, billing cycles, refunds, cancellations) will be detailed in your service agreement.
Late or missed payments may result in suspension of Services.
Credit Card Payments: If you choose to pay by credit card, a processing fee of 2–5% may apply.
We maintain a publicly accessible Privacy Policy that explains what personal data we collect, how it is used, and how you can access, update, or delete it.
California Residents (CCPA/CPRA): You have the right to:
Know what personal information is collected and how it is used.
Request deletion of personal information (with legal exceptions).
Opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information.
Correct inaccuracies in your data.

We do not include terms that restrict your rights to post reviews or express opinions.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, excluding its conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in California, unless otherwise mutually agreed.
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
We may update these Terms at any time by posting the revised version on our website. Continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
If you subscribe to our hosting services (“Hosting Services”), the following additional terms apply:
a. Service Plans and Billing
Hosting Services are available on a quarterly or annual subscription basis.
Fees are billed in advance for the selected term.
If paying by credit card, a processing fee of 2–5% may apply.
b. Renewals
Hosting Services automatically renew for the same term (quarterly or annual) at the then-current rates, unless you provide written notice of non-renewal at least 30 days before the end of the current term.
c. Termination by Either Party
Either you or we may terminate Hosting Services with 30 days’ prior written notice.
If you terminate, prepaid fees are non-refundable (except where required by law).
If we terminate without cause, we will refund any unused portion of prepaid fees on a prorated basis.
d. Suspension or Termination for Cause
We may suspend or terminate Hosting Services immediately, without notice, if you:
Fail to pay fees when due;
Breach these Terms; or
Use Hosting Services in a manner that disrupts our systems or other users.
e. Data Access After Termination
Upon termination, you will have 30 days to retrieve your hosted data. After this period, data may be permanently deleted without further notice.
f. Service Availability and Limitations
We use commercially reasonable efforts to maintain availability of Hosting Services, but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Planned maintenance may result in temporary downtime, and we will make reasonable efforts to notify you in advance.
